    W204 c class coupe vibration

It could be that as your tyres warm up (and so the pressure increases) its making the vibration more noticeable. That would be my theory anyway...

    W204 c class coupe vibration

As above, I'd say a buckled wheel. I've had it in the past where although the wheel would balance out OK, you feel the buckle through the car at speed. Smaller buckles can be repaired by specialist wheel refurbishment centres, so you may not need to buy a new wheel.

    Cabin odour bombs

That's the one - Didn't leave any residue when used as instructed. Obviously if possible, it's always best to remove the core source of the odour, but with odours like smoke which penetrate the various surfaces of the interior, it becomes almost impossible to get rid by ordinary cleaning methods.

    Cabin odour bombs

I've recently used a Meguires odor eliminator bomb, and have to say that it worked very well. Tried everything to remove a smoke smell, but used one of these and it's just worked, plus the smell never returned. Might be worth a try.

    CL63 7G surging

I'm glad I'm not alone! It's slowly driving me mad, so was just hoping a fluid change will help. My theory is that's it's somthing to do with the torque converter, as the judder is the same rhythm no matter what gear it's in, but worse in lower gears. Hope I can get to the bottom of it!

    CL63 7G surging

Would you describe it as a judder? If so, I experience the same thing with my 7g (albeit a lowly E350 cdi). Always when the car is warm, under light to medium load, there's a slight shudder that's present upto around 2000 RPM. If I apply more throttle it smooths out, likewise if I lift off. I...

Main Dealer Experience - Am I being reasonable?

As most have said, it's completely reasonable to expect a good quality of service from any main dealer, let alone a premium brand. You're totally justified in your expectations, and fingers crossed you find somewhere that'll look after you better going forward, as it sounds like you've given...

    Cabin filter with active carbon

I believe the science behind it is that they are supposed to help, but they will never completely eliminate smells entering the cabin (especially strong smells as you have described). I would imagine it is doing somthing, but in my experience, there is not a massive difference between carbon...

    OM642 Preventative maintenance ?

I tend to feed it directly into the turbo. There shouldn't be anything particularly nasty Post air filter(s), it's usually just oil residue from the pcv system and sometimes a bit of carbon deposits. That stuff is going through your engine anyway due to the pcv, so at least the carb cleaner...
