i've just had Mrecedes at Maidstone update my system on my 2013 cls 350, car spent the day with them, and still the dab radio cuts out, is there something i should be asking them to do or is it a matter of luck as to whether you get an enginrer who knows what they are doing

The motorised screen has 2 plugs one which looks like a thick data cable and another black connector with pin 8 with no wire, the old fixed screen looks like it may need 3 connectors the data plug 8 pin connector block and a 4 pin connector block (although this has only 3 wires)
