Hello all. Big crack in the recess just front spoiler just under the number plate about six inches long. Official MB body shop won't repair. Are they being awkward? Can a decent indy body shop fix it? Cheers in advance. M

As some of you may remember I had a few issues with my car which involved engine out and rebuild. An annoying side effect was the once rebuilt there is massive interference on MW/LW. The indy who fixed it have tried to solve it to no avail looking at rear window aerial and surpressors etc and it...

You don't see any bats as they will have all crossed safely as opposed to flying around the gap confusedly. Simples!

There are a couple in North Cumbria on the new roads into Workington and Whitehaven. Bothered me for ages too!

It's a bat guide. They install them on new roads where they transect hedge rows or lines of trees so that bats can continue to hunt and find their way around without losing their way. Strange but true!

Had a bump in your Merc? Simply take a digital photograph and photoshop the damage away and it will be as good as new. Maybe.

Ban Him. I think the most disappointing thing about this thread is Jay's abject failure to keep it updated daily with new pics and progress reports on the car. I'm sure there are many like me that check this thread two or three times daily for updates and leave disappointed as the inevitable...

I've just asked my specialist if they can find me a silver spur while my A-class is in having it's latest operation. They found a very unusual way of saying 'we'll see what we can do'.

Refurbed AMG's back on the car Sunday. Hit a pot and 'kerbed' the front driver side today. Is this a record? P.S. The pot was on an unadopted street. Is it permissable to go along putting out residents windows?

Sorry for another query so quickly. My wash wipe is obviously disconnected somewhere in the tailgate - something which is supposed to be a fairly common problem. Water runs down the inside of the tailgate and onto the floor instead of through the nozzle. Can't find any info on t'internet and...

Now sorted. Combination of alchemy and dancing - I am now proficient at both. :bannana:

Morning. I have my car back! As part of my quest to have it completely replaced part by part I've had to invest in a new key. It turns the ignition fine but won't lock and unlock the doors. Do I need to perform some alchemy or do a funny dance to get it to start working - any advice appreciated!
