Hi Yes plugs and air filter have been replaced along with new oil, there is a loss of compression on the valves of 10% & 16% loss Kind Regards Nick

Went back to the specialist this morning who fitted the sump for me, how true this is I dont know?....apparently there was oil seepage in the O2 sensor wiring loom? this could be true, a few months ago when the timing chain sprockets sheared there was oil everywhere into things like manifold...
