I had a similar issue on the MMI in an Audi I had, I tried to clean the scratch and ended up cleaning the anti glare coating off. Which I found out later via forums To be honest it didn’t make any difference to me but not sure if it’s the same for Mercedes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m pretty sure you won’t be able to remove any of the scratches unfortunately. My worse scratches are on the piano black centre console which I’ve tried to remove with a scratch remover from Halfords. Looks better but still ends up scratching again over time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m guessing access it through your phone, but to show album art you will need it plugged into the usb in the centre console. Make sure you use an Apple cable or it won’t detect your phone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mines 2015 the apps always load and have always been there, very strange As for connection very odd occasions it doesn’t connect automatically but if I go to the phone and flick tethering on it’s usually ok again for awhile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just a thought If you go into the options in the vehicle you can make the tethering connect automatically when you enter the car. Not sure if the icons the same as mine alittle older but you know if you are connected via the yellow arrows in the top right corner of the screen. Sent from my...

Yes u can replace them yourself, C2020 can’t remember the exact ones. I had same issue as you, both keys were showing low battery. I did find if u take the battery out then put it back again it would carry on for a while until it came up with the low battery message again. I found the branded...
