Been resetting trip odometer every time its been doing it over last few months. Most obvious sign for me is gears holding longer than normal and the engine notes.

Doubt its cheapo oil. Ive not done oil change as of yet as only purchased it 6/7 months ago. Its been serviced annually at Mercedes by previous owner who had it since new, 65k on the clock at the moment so not exactly high mileage. Will be due a service in June. Normally do oil changes myself...
