AMG Aero 1s for now - if i ever decide on something different, for the wheels themselves, you'd at least get your money back, so manmaths checks out. It's a 6k car in a sorry state, so modifying (lowering, wheels - have my eye on that seam on the lower trim and think that might look good...

Yep, aero 1s currently favourite ... and crucially: readily available for just over a grand. OZ Operas would be amazing but can’t see any... plus takes the car very much away from the period (albeit modified) look. Agree monoblocks just don’t look right

Yes - definitely a project car, it's just the extent of said project is what i'm trying to do the man maths for :) Unfortunately don't really have the tools or time for much DIY (plus the skills), so would need to get a man in for most jobs. There are some good specialists around here though...
