I'm a bit concerned of damaging something or breaking tabs - I've already smacked it really hard a few times. I'll try again, concentrating on the front top ends.

I removed the side panels on the centre console to get to the three trim pieces but have now decided to wait for warmer weather as the car is in my driveway and quite chilly at the moment (I know vinyl wrap can be low temperature intolerant). I can't seem to get the panels to line up properly...

The sills on my car are not robust at all. They scratch very easily and can't be polished as they are not "real" metal, hence my recovering them with this: CHROME SILVER CARBON FIBRE VINYL WRAP

You can get similar non-OEM wheel caps from ebay for about £10 but if you're looking for genuine ones I have these for sale for £40 including postage (I think it's about half rrp).

How would I check if my firmware is up to date?

I have just bought an approved used Mercedes (from Vertu, Beaconsfield) and it had a 14 day return for any reason and get a full refund providing it is within 500 miles and same condition as it was sold. Not sure if all MB dealers offer this though.
