Hi all, My C43 is coming up to the end of its manufacturers warranty, and I have received a quote from MB for an extended warranty for £419 for one year or £713 for 2 years' cover. Given the cost of parts etc. I am inclined to think this isnt a bad price at all for a manufacturer backed...

I have a 2018 saloon and have not had any issues with it mechanically. I would say ditch the run-flats if it has them and get a proper laser alignment done. Other than that, and routine maintenance, enjoy!

Hello all, Does anyone have the OEM alignment specs of the above, or know where I can find them? I had it done at the weekend and I am not convinced they used the right settings, though the changes weren't huge admittedly. Printout below.

I quite agree - seems a bit of a stretch of the 63 badge on the bootlid, even though they have little relevance to the engine size any more anyway. Everything I have read seems to suggest that the AMG models will be 4cyl for the W206 - but only time will tell.

I assume that’s lower than the recommended pressures in the fuel flap?

Yes the C53 will also be a 4-cylinder so basically will be a detuned version of the c63 powerplant New 2021 Mercedes-AMG C53 to ditch six-cylinder power | Autocar

I think the 2021 C63 is going to be a hybrid 4-cylinder engine derived from the A45 AMG. Therefore I would be surprised if there are any Petrol V6s in the lineup at all, but I may be wrong. Next AMG C63 to ditch V8 for hybrid four-pot | Autocar

I believe its called Cavensite Blue. Dont see many of them in this colour.

I want to retrofit carplay and will be looking for a remap or tuning box once the warranty expires.

Hi all, My car doesnt have carplay functionality (pre-facelift) but I would love to retrofit it. Does anyone know whether this is possible as the web seems to have conflicting statements? Thanks.

I have a 2018 c43 saloon on 19" wheels (think they are 265 at the rear and 225 at the front). I dont find the ride too harsh and think they suit the car a lot better than the 18", but thats just personal preference. Ditched the run-flats almost immediately though for some MPS 4S which improved...
