Problem 1 & 5 fixed! Well MB dealer (Startford) really surprised me, they actually fixed the window pb - I couldn't believe it and charged me only 1 hour of labour.

Thanks Jay. Just got a call from MB dealer. Seems like they've managed to fix Problem 1 & 5 (looks it was some light). Havent told me how much it's gonna cost me but will be glad to get my car back at least. Of course it wont be any fun hearing the screeching noise all the way home (Problem 2).
