Searching for parts from a part number?

Hi everyone I have a number of New Old Stock parts, with original boxes and part numbers, but I am not sure what vehicle these are for. For example, I have two unused indicators from a vehicle with Part Numbers A 000 820 0121 and A 000 820 0021. I've tried searching online but can't find...

    Huge cast metal wall emblem

Hi everyone, Has anyone ever seen one of these large wall emblems before? It's about 1 meter diameter and cast metal. I saw that a car auction house sold one a while back. Any ideas if it's homemade or old dealer?

    Old tool kit. What model?

Thanks everyone, I searched the part number for the large socket which has a Mercedes Star and Klein written on it. It came up as a truck / commercial part (part number 0005813901). Not sure if this is a for a old truck, but the tool looks pretty old. The other spanners and grips are all...

    Old tool kit. What model?

I haven't actually looked at each part in detail and didn't notice the Torx part. You mean the one attached to the plastic handle? I'll have a check tomorrow, as I've put it all up in the loft now! Maybe someone added a few bits to the kit.

W113 Pagoda Wiper Motor - New

Hi everyone, I have an unused, as new wiper motor for a W113 Pagoda. It is an original Bosch item, supplied by Mercedes in 1981. I need to test that it works, which i will do this coming week, but it has never been used, so I assume all will be ok. The part number is 110 820 04 42. I'm aware...

Slight clunk when pulling away - R129

Hi all, I have a '97 R129 SL500 and have recently noticed a slight occasional clunk when pulling away and also occasionally when taking my foot off the accelerator. Is this linked to flex discs, propshaft? On a separate note, it also sometimes makes a clunk when moving the lever into gear...

Cheers. I have a few things to look at. Car gives a slight occasional 'clonk' when moving off or when quickly coming off accelerator and clunks into gear sometimes. Plus a general check of suspension bushes and components, as it's on 118,000 miles and I don't think it's had much replaced (apart...

I might take my car down for a check over. The problem is that it doesn't seem easy to get a train from near there if I have to leave it.

New R129 Front Strut mounts fitted

New front strut mounts, bump stops and dust covers fitted this morning. Not a difficult job, helped by my friend. I used Corteco mounts which were recommended. Unfortunately one of the 3 strut mount retaining bolts snapped off whilst tightening up! So we knocked it out and replaced it with a...
