Just installed my leather seats I got from a breakers into my C-Class Coupe and now I'm up to the part where I need to put the door cards in. I've seen a how-to for the front ones, seems simple enough, but is there any trick for the rears? Looking at the back of the new cards it looks like...

I don't particularly like those alloys - the way the spokes don't go right to the end and then there is an outer rim/lip makes them look a lot smaller than they are. They end up looking like 16s rather than 17s IMO.

Wow, I would have snapped them off your hands. I've managed to find some anyway. Most breakers wanted around £500 but with no tyres which is a little steep once you add the rubber. Ended up getting some with tyres for £515 though so I'm happy - proper OEM, not replicas. :)

Yeah I suppose if it's a light tint then it'll look quite good. Whenever I hear about tinted windows I just get this picture in my mind of a Golf with pitch black windows and a baked bean can exhaust :D

Do the Homan ones come on the SL? They are very similar. I quite like them, but I'm really desperate to keep it like the OEM coupe look.

Each to his own I suppose, but I really think you shouldn't do this to a merc, makes it look a bit too max power IMO. The thing about a merc is it's got class so you should keep it that way. Only my opinion :)

They are the wheels that come standard on the Evolution package and The Dent Guy has them in his gallery pics here (same as the one High-Lo posted in this thread). The ones Mudster posted are quite similar though, but without the "dimples" inbetween each spoke. I really want the originals...
