Ole, does the car beep at you when the bow cover is down as far as it will go as if to say 'there is a problem' or does the car think the roof is now closed? Can you (or an assistant) 'help' the bow cover down with a little extra force to close it fuly when the roof gets to the last stage...

It will be your aerial. I had the same problem thinking that the system was crap. I bought a new one as the one that was fitted was breaking up on the outside. GREAT sooooo much better and full reception at all times. Good luck

Sorry I disagree.... the 208 CLK does have as mentioned a specific rust issue after time on the rear wheel arches and around the boot lock. Anything else is NOT typical and the pictures of this guys car above are terrible, one of the worst I have seen. Those of you who own a 209 CLK...

CLK 209 rear Fog light I believe that the 209 like the 208 before it (and most German cars to be honest) has just the one rear fog light, although to be honest there would appear to be space for the two! I think this is because it moves from side to side depending on if the car is right or left...
