Hey peeps, newbie here :) Amo, one quick check you can do.. As the car rolls to a stop knock it into neutral, if the noise continues, it's either the input bearing to the diff that has gone or the propshaft centre bearing - if the noise stops when rolling in neutral, it is probably coming...

Scott, I have a 190 2.5 16v on 150k miles. The compression ratios were down etc.. so crewe did me a complete rebuild for £3770. This included all the big bits (pistons, liners, gudgeon pins, all bearings / gaskets / seals, timing chain, valve gear etc etc...) to a very high standard...
