i've got a bit muddled alate with this sort of technology.... my friend as an obd tester / meter and i bought the 38 pin to obd 2 lead to fit his meter... when we connect to the car via his laptop, i turn on the ignition and nothing... the program says not connected to a vehicle.... can anyone...

ok, just had a warning light come on, and its not in the haynes manual.... description of warning light. its on the right hand side of the panel, and it looks like a round bulb with a ! in the middle and surrounded by little lines and glows amber <yellow> any ideas peeps?

when i pull away the engine / or components < not sure which as it only does it when driving > is making a noise like the exhaust as a small hole in... like a rasping / boy racer exhaust noise.... had the car on the ramps at ATS and they said the exhaust is less than 6 months old and no leaks...

ok, when i set off when car is cold, i turn first corner out of my street and get a rattle / banging noise from rear n/s ..... doesnt matter if i turn left or right... but once car as run for a few mins... it doesnt do it any more.... had the rear wheel off and had a look, nothing broken...

ok... heater is warm constantly... wont turn up or down with either control nobs.... its not red hot... but when driving distance... need to have either sun roof on tilt open or a window slightly down to relax the heat.... any ideas? thx
