I've been told MB replace the key in the fob that's being used at every service, so make sure you send the car in with alterate keys every other service.

My W204 C220 CDI has just had its second service, a "B" at 32k miles. The only surprise in the invoice was a replacement battery, p/n ma0008280388 at a cost of £5.70. Can anyone tell me what that was please? Total cost of the service at Inchcape Stratford upon Avon was £295 by the way. Thanks...

Umi I received a mailshot from MB inviting me to purchase the UMI as a retrofit option. It looks like quite a good product, but at £799 from MB I think I'll probably pass on that opportunity.

My C220 CDI Sport has no power socket in the rear. I don't have the smoker package however.
