Mine would go off even during the day. Must have been some freakin huge insect :P Anyway since I popped out the fuse, no more alarm, no more problems :)

Hi guys, I found out that these are in fact factory rims but for ML Mercedes and their offset are 6,5. So I think it means they can't be fit on a W202. So I'm going to give them back and try to buy new ones that fits my W202. Thanks to everyone for trying to help me!

Nope, the wheels looks normal :-S I think I'll contact the person who sold these to me and gonna give them back and reclaim my money. Then I'll buy new ones. Cos on some other forums members are saying these are not MB rims at all :-/

Hi guys, I bought some 16 rims for my W202 and was today to put them on. The rear rims was fitted ok but the front ones had some problem. The problem is that on the front I can't put the center caps on, cos the black thing I've circled doesn't let them to fit. Can something be done for this...

Yeah would be better than taking out the fuse from the fuse box in the trunk... It's a pitty.

Interesting. But I don't think in my case an insect was the problem, cos when I want to I can't make it go off. So there must be a problem with the whole system. However I put out the fuse and since then no problems (I don't have alarm now, but it's stil better than having one which goes off...

I see. Will try it. It's strange to see this alarm system in my car, because afaik it is only in facelift models, but mine isn't a facelift model. It should have been an optional extra I think...
