Hi exvolvoman , I have aleady tried disconnecting the alarm siren, and it made no difference to the faults I’m experiencing. It doesn’t beep when locking and unlocking, from what I’ve read on other posts, the factory fitted one don’t beep when you lock unlock the car, but the replacements do.
