I'm having my inlet manifold and stepper motor replaced at a cost of £700ish by an indie next thursday....it's the only way (i've been told) to get the car out of limp mode. mine's a c270 diesel as well. ..Steve

Thanks, I'll check that one. but I'm assuming that this is the same time setting as the front headlights...might be wrong here all bulbs working fine, I can turn them on from the overhead console and they all work, it's just on entry/exit that they have stopped working. I don't have an auto...
