Yes very weird and photos to follow - why change the diff and drive shafts if you didn't need too

My weird problem Went to change the diff (old one was noisy) and discovered someone had changed the diff and drive shafts before however for the diff from am old W201 which is the old E Class

Had mine done and runs far better - that is something to do with the electronics of the box and they advise that is changed when you change the filter and atf

Run a bit smoother???
