The Snap-on will show the MAF and the EGR valve, the MODUS shows live outputs aswell can't remember if it had the pressure sensor. My MAF was 0v and it picked up the fault code correctly, the STAR would not work as the 7.5 fuse next to the ECU had blown - no Engine control relay so no ignition...

Codes show Hot film MAF signal voltage low and indeed its output was showing zero while reving. Pierburg insert from ECP for £58 all now works fine. (for info I did not have to reset the fault after replacing the sensor)
