These steering control adaptors sometimes have dip switches for multiple modes which arent entirely specific which model year they are for so might be worth asking Alpine if there is another dip switch combo you can use (If it has multiple modes).

Hi Richard, Any idea on an approximate release date for the DAB unit? I noticed Rishtec mentioned Q4 2011.

I'm after reading of the actual radio station though and control from the steering wheel; I guess the CAN bus DAB project is dead :(

Hi Alfie, I know you've been working on the DAB solution for a while, any update? With FM now having a switchoff date of 2015 I suppose its even more relevant.

Have you checked the Transmission fluid level. Dont know anything about Vitos but had an old Cavalier that ran out of ATF and behaved like this.

This is what my Audio 20 does, I get told about an SMS message being received but it stays on the simcard. Samsung Galaxy S works fine with SAP V2 (Best phone I have had by a long way), an old Samsung I had worked too (Contacts from Sim Only as well). My Nokia N86 would not work with contacts...

The NTG2.5 may actually be locked to the geometry of the disk (Ie. heads and cylinders), if this is the case then there is very little chance of anything but the exact same drive working.

The AMG alloys for the W203 Coupe are 18", I would look for a set of those but ride will be harsher.

From another C350 SC owner.... I think you'll like it, good value car if you want a practical 2 door with plenty of smooth power. Mine has an almost completely opposite set of options :)

Does this apply to all Renntech ECU upgrades? The documentation on their site doesnt seem to mention it.

I would stick with replacement for what is already there. I have tried aftermarket EBCs and bigger discs on other cars and overall they just arent as good. Vented drilled EBC discs and redstuff is great for track use but try your first stop on a winter morning, they hardly work until warmed up.

Wouldnt higher octane fuel give a bigger improvment to MPG in most cars anway. My local Sainsburys sells 98 at only 2P more (But costs 119.9p).

Thanks, so a 3.5MM auxillary input combined with SAP will give me music from the phone with muting for directions (Navigation on Phone), speed camera warnings and phone calls(?). Thanks for your help.
