You can get a oil leak from the filter housing if the seals not changed when filter is changed & it runs down the housing. On the left is the Egr cooler, nota commo one for leaking, check all connections & hoses are tight

I would stay clear of the eBay sensor. These engines eat up these sensors. Stick with a mercedes sensor knowing that it is covered for 2 years.
