Hi. The plastic connector plugs (connecting the wiring to plug into the sensors) on my 2001 W208 CLK 230K M111 Engine, are slowly disintegrating and coming loose from the sensors (particularly the MAF, throttle body and camshaft position sensor) I believe this is the reason I get fault codes...

Yes. They've been taken out and cleaned before with throttle cleaner. Are throttle bodies and recirculating air valve bodies prone to failure ? I've opened them up to clean and they seem very low electronic, high mechanical.

Hi I was wondering if there is any difference in the type of sensor used pre cat and post cat. (Oxygen sensors) I'm shopping around for them on ebay and find that the NGK front (pre cat) is about 59 but the rears are around 99. Can anyone tell me the difference in the 2 parts ? Thanks
