Well give the ol girl a good looking over at the weekend... she's just had two new wings and wishbones so i thought i'd check rear end grease a few nipples...!! Shes been grabbing at gears recently and put this down to old age and 170k... the gearbox oil and filter were changed at w124...

Thinking of updating car I've found one but it doesn't have leather- can I retro fit leather electric seats to this model ? Is all relevant wiring fitted as standard under seats ? Will door cards fit ? Presuming it can ? Thanks for help in advance Chris

thanks Nick So in theory... i should do the bulk of the seats not the vented seating area? I have enough to do the full interior front seats passengers would there not be a colour difference between seats and door panels Should I then just leave the ruched cards alone and just clean? thanks

Is it better to take the door panles off? Should i do the vented parts of the seat? thanks

I remember seeing an article with someone who had refurbished the leather interior. I've had a colour kit made up ... Just wondering what experience you have had and what approach? better to take front seats out? I have ruched leather panel? any help much appreciated.. thanks

thanks If you look you can see that the wing and maybe the bonnet as had a bit of overspray not sure. Its not bad but it just annoys me and I'm thinking if I have the wing repaired I may get other wing done at the same time to see if they can get a better colour match.? thoughts anyone...

I know i digress... but This nearside wing is a replacement..not a very good fit.. N/s is original but bubbling in usual places.. Would you recommend another pattern wing or repair existing..?

well theyre on !! Thougths ...anyone..they actually look better than I thought they would. Wheels are perfect couple of minor blemishes, tyres are as discribed brand new Michelin tyres x 4 ...£140 best bargain of the year so far..

standard steel with trims on I wanted some 8 holes but the ones i've seen have been poor. Ive got standard steel wheels with wheel trims at moment that need new tyres ...so double bargain ... just got to pick em up now..
