i dont have much against Jap imports as i had one myself for over 3 years, but there seems to be a lot of sellers who only seem to have the car for a year and the flick it on - is it something to do with the DVLA "traders" rules that if you roll on so many cars a year your a "trader" ? New regs are all over the internet this morning - i take them with a pinch of salt, as it comes closer i suspect minor tweeks come in as the big guys exert their force - i also suspecet the aero-bods in the teams will have made the new regs look foolish when then claw back all the lost downforce...

aye - but used anytime by the driver and with a variety of settings say LOW to HIGH or something like it - to give us a bit more room for driver skill/error, unlike now where its on the straight and just off/on for easy pass

agreed - head back towards mechanical downforce (i.e. tyres) and reduce the wings at the front/rear and all those little tiny fliplets and turning vanes around the cars (and the underneath too) to reduce the cost of aero modelling as well.

McLaren Petrobas deal is terminated according to the press - lets hope that wont affect the excellent progress they have made this year with lack of funds for next year car - it was a £165million 5 year deal finished after 2 by the Brazillian govenment who own Petrobas .

IMHO - it seems a lot of docu's these days that could be about complicated things, end up being top level stuff as not to get people switching over, very rare to get in depth technical programs these days - i seem to remember lots of old BBC programs were fairly technical, if not a little "dry"...

Whats this about Renault's illegal brake balancing system that Racing Point have sent to the FIA for investigation? given they cannot sort out track investigations these days, god help them for this one.
