Just doing final spec on new car, and came across "heated windscreen washer system". Does anyone have this fitted? How does it work? It is worth it?

I was under the impression that the W204 had a facelift late last year, however I hear there is another change (bumpers?) from September onwards? Is this correct or am I reading some unfounded rumours elsewhere?
