No its an internal thud , within the box ...

Hi, Sometimes on decelerating , usually when braking hard , the autobox is slow to come down through the gears and results in a slight "thud" is this normal for this 4x4 model, YES I have serviced the box . ?????????

Are the little shock absorbers on the base of the seats available ?

Anybody know where I can obtain a dipstick for a 722.6 trasmission , tried my local dealer , but cant/wont supply .. Or supply me with ,part number , cheers .

Thanks , So normal ATF not ok ? Glad I asked as the dealer said Id need 6l , , Hence why I would have liked a dip stick ..

Next question , where can I obtain a Dipstick for the above said gearbox , want todo an oil and filter change .. So any other help , oil spec .. tips ect would be greatly appreicated ..
