Hi folks. The radiator fan of my B170 is now permanently running, which has been the same for the last week or so. Doesn't matter if engine is cold or hot. I've checked fuses - look OK, I've re-earthed the wires I can see, I've cleaned and WD40'd the large blue fan plug and pushed and prodded...

Phoned dealer today & they have the clips in stock. Just under £10! :thumb: Thanks loads for the advice, I had already been starting to source whole new parcel shelves! Hopefully this is of use to others - I've never had a vehicle with so little information already available on the web. Guess...

That sounds like it could be promising. Do you mean from MB? I hadn't even bothered trying. They should be spares, they are that delicate and easily replaceable. Its the offside one that's snapped completely off. Must have pinged somewhere, couldn't be found.

Hi there, today one of the retaining clips broke off my parcel shelf/tonneau cover/luggage cover/flappy bit. Very miffed, it now doesn't locate properly. Seems to me that the broken clip should be replacement - does anyone know if they usually are, or am I looking at buying a whole new parcel...

Thank you for the welcome, good to be here! Have to say it's not immediately obvious how to access any screws around the door handle but I'll have another look. As you say, normally handles are screwed to withstand force required to close, while the rest are trim clipped. Have had panels off...
