So how much are they wanting for the B service?

I have a 05 plate E320 CDi (straight V6) saloon and best case is 45mpg on the motorway at 70mph. Generally my mpg normally averages about 38mpg which also covers the short local journeys I do, as well as longer business travel trips.

I would be interested as well, E320 CDi based in the central region so Glasgow or Edinburgh would be fine for me.

I am waiting for the Motorola Atrix looks like the mutts nuts from online reviews!

Having filled my W211 E320 Cdi yesterday at a Morrisons filling station I am now sure that a difference in MPG can be dependent on where you fill your vehicle. For a 120 mile journey on Esso diesel I can attain 45mpg driving at a steady 70mph, did the journey twice on Esso fuel, same results...

But a quick call on their Airwave terminal and someone who can will appear :-)

For comparison; Even with the E320 CDi I can attain 45 mpg on longer motorway drives doing between 70 & 75mph. Doing 80mph over a long period sees the economy drop to to about 38mpg.

Worked a treat, didn't realise I was entitled to the breakdown service (Mobilo) so always there as long as I have my car serviced by a MB dealer.

Well my car is now back with John Weir at Grangemouth again. My offside front spring has snapped, so glad it happened when I wasn't driving. So that's £300 for the job! Nice of MB dealer to offer free pick up courtesy of MB breakdown service though, all built into the MB pricing.

Because their autobahns are more superior in every way, than our ****ty so called motorways. Apart from the fact they drive on the wrong side of the road of course!

I did polish mine the other day there, the black muck specks on it were rather distracting!

I wouldn't take any chances with damage to a tyre side wall, replace it! :thumb:

MB dealer is quoting me £380 Incl. for replacing both rear springs. Apart from that was happy with the £219 incl cost for D service. So what would be a good price? I am obviously going down the alternate route of indy or local garage repair. Cheers Martin P.S. replacing myself isn't...
