Try removing the engine covers and see if there is any black gunk left from leaking injectors. You have had the injector seals replaced but they may not have cleaned the head sufficiently and the old deposits are making the smell when they heat up.

If the car is just dusty or covered in pollen give it a wipe first with a California Car Duster (google will find it) and then use the quick detailer with a good quality microfibre cloth. Works a treat :thumb:
