Yes although it's not that cleart for visibility it does lighten the interior. The CLC instead has a 12+ plastic panel, which for the car I looked at was black, with a black interior and privacy glass resulting in a dingy hole.

From the pictures I'm guessing that it's not a hatchback, which is disappointing as I was hoping it might replace my Sport Coupe. I suppose I'll have to look into whether the small rear window that was filled in on the CLC, can be fitted to one of the last CLCs.

I briefly had a BMW 120d before the C220 cdi. Although the 120 had better official figures, it never showed any sign of achieving them in real life, regardless of how I drove. Whereas the C220 can easily exceed it's official figures.

It gives me some confidence in the dealer, that they replaced the whole unit, rather than just the bushes for a warranty repair.

Apparently it was the bar that was worn (surprised me), but they changed the bushes as well. The car has done 77,000 miles.
