Having difficulty cleaning the wheels, the brake dust just seems to get really impregnated into the surface, does anyboby know what cleaner works best? Also, have gained a couple of scratches, do MB sell touch-up for both the outside and the insides?

Just a quick note to say that I've just been quoted £545.19p for a standard "B" service from Tony Purslows in Basingstoke, I feel this is over the top? what is the norm. Also, an extra £165.00p to change the brake pads!!!! the pads are only £38.00 per set from the spare counter!.
