I have it on mine and it works ok, maybe sometimes too well in the fact that sometimes a camera is shown on the screen, but there isn't one there and I've never seen one there in the last 10years plus. Other than that and the slightly high price, I recommend it:thumb:

I heard that the DRL's only stay on with the ILS (Xenon) system, the Exec model has the Halogen lights so within the settings there is no way to keep the DRL's on when the Headlights turn on. Shame really as they look cool.

I have a MY2012 C Class without Xenons and I think this is the key.. if the car does not have xenons, then the DRL's switch off when the headlights come on, I think it has to do with the different light bands, i.e the LED's are more matched the xenons and would not confuse on coming traffic...

No email from becker, but updated and it finally works again.. :bannana: Not sure but I think becker have included a traffic module in the latest update so maybe this was missing in the previous update, to be honest it was that long ago I can't fully remember.

Does any one have the email address for Becker Map Pilot, I've sent a mesage twice now via their contact us form on the web, but no response.. over a month now has passed.. I'd like to contact them directly.

That's interesting, wonder if they have switched off the tmc for the uk within the actual software programming by mistake, I remember back in 2005, the command tmc was disabled due to a licensing issue, if you travelled into Europe, tmc sprang into life.

Parrallels is a paid option, if you only need windows every now and then, I'd suggest Virtualbox a free piece of software that allows you to run windows as a virtual machice like parrallels.

I've also been in touch with them regarding the TMC issue, so also waiting for a response.. it was working with 1.5 x but with 2.0 nope.:wallbash:

What happens if you remove these also,reset it and then re add them?

Does it have any red exclamation marks at the top, if not you may need to download the updated maps as I read the update only works with the later maps, be aware the updated maps are 3gb in size so I left mine over night downloading and it worked again in the morning, but still can't get tmc, so...

Mine did that, I then used the content manager to upload new maps after the update, if the Becker recognises it go to manage devices in the Becker content manager,

I upgraded mine last night, update went ok and looks improved, but noticed on the journey into work this morning that TMC dropped off?:mad: not sure if TMC had a issue or the update messed something up. Any one else noticed this?

I drove into London last night in a C220 Sport with the MP and it kept informing me of route changes due to traffic, I also got fed up of it updating me of the traffic issues on my route verbally.. it was like having a second missus in the car:rolleyes:... straight to settings switch that mode...

Hi All, possibly a strange question. I have 1 Map Pilot device but have on loan a car from the dealer whilst mine is being prepped. Can I use the device in the loan vehicle for now and then transfer it to my new car once it is ready or does the device become locked to the first car it is...
