Sorting out a Black Bentley GTC for a Bentley Dealer

Its the link in this thread. Detailing Midlands - BMW 645i convertible You see he has the whole car bagged and covered apart from the roof, Its worthwhile spending 10 mins prep rather than 30 mins after removing and overspray splash marks etc. When you get around to it, post up some pics...

Sorting out a Black Bentley GTC for a Bentley Dealer

I had to sort out this black GTC for a dealer that had had the car on stock for over 150 days  The car was suffering from the usual swirls and a few da marks, but where it was black it showed up pretty bad in the light. They had got some interest in the car from a very fussy client so...

Drive and Shine Godstone – Brian Donnelly – A Sorry Tale

I'm a detailer and only specialise in Paintwork correction and protection, I would never get involved with the removal of trim and painting parts, I even find it hard to recommend anyone for respray's because all it takes is a bad job and it then looks bad on me. I think he maybe taking on more...

Drive and Shine Godstone – Brian Donnelly – A Sorry Tale

Blimey, sorry to hear about your bad experience... I think this is were some detailers are going wrong offering to many services that are passed out to third parties. You can never guarantee that their work is 100%, and then as a whole it's giving the "Detailer's" a bad rep. Paul

Solid Black SLK Special Edition Correction Detail

i've spent over 50hrs on some cars perfecting the paintwork. solid black is harder to correct then any other colour as shows up the slightest mark. Anybody can mop/buff a car but it is when it is done correctly it shows. This is where it takes time and i dont use filler polishes like body shops.

Solid Black SLK Special Edition Correction Detail

While digging through some pics on my laptop I came across these from a few months ago and thought i'd share. The car was looking rather tired for a low mileage car and needed some TLC. I'll let the pics do the talking. The car was washed/de-tarred and clayed as...
