W211 Power Loss Despite changing MAF

Well I have resolved my E220 CDI loss of power issue. We replaced the turbo as there was a fault with the acutator. Ran fine for a day then started having issues on warming up in the morning. Eventually loss of power but no light on. Fault code stated P0403 EGR. So I disconnected the EGR and the...

I am waiting for another reply on another forum first. If not we will build 2 boards one with 634 and if...

    ECU Remap EGR Delete

Not sure what type you have, but on mine which is electronic, I popped the plastic cover on the end where the valve is. I could then see the actuator and where it connects to the actual plunger from there I could see what position it was in when I disconnected it.

    ECU Remap EGR Delete

The EGR stays put. They alter the programme so it keeps the EGR in the closed position (which is how it is a moment, and disconnected.). They give normal warranty as any company I have used in the past for remapping my petrol cars ie not responsible for any other components that may break due...

    Car mats

I can assure Hankook tires are excellent :) Our company mounts over 4000 wheels a day. Hankook is on of the major suppliers now. They came on board about 2 years ago. We are now seeing more and more Eastern tire suppliers coming on board. What most people do not realize is that a lot of these...
