So does anyone know why Live Traffic is deactivated when I disconnect WiFi (in Settings -> Connectivity) in my E220 2017? nothing is connected to the wifi, and I don’t have a valid data subscription for internet in the car, but my TomTom Live Traffic sub is active. thanks TT

Just returned from a trip from Suffolk to west Wales. The system works well, although some jams that have already cleared still show on the screen. We did get some good re-routes around jams (eg M6 Jct 0 where you slip off onto the A14 - always a problem but now I know a good diversion!)...

This is answered a number of times in other threads. There are 2 versions, on for A, B, C, ML and one for the E and above. One ends xxx89 and the other xxx90. Try a search for TMC or Navigation. regards TT

Mine is left side near the top ex-factory. C220cdi Nov 2005 with COMAND. Works fine with my Nokia Communicator playing MP3 files.

This is why there are two different part no's for the DVD's, one ending 89 and the other ending 90. The A, B, C and ML's are the "McDonalds" versions, and the others get the "Haute Cuisine". Watch out for those eBay auctions - none I've seen have specified the part no or range that it will...

I used the current (prior to this update) system while in Germany for a week in November driving my C220. It is fantastic, but as you say it does not ask if you wish to re-route. BUT it "knows" the length of the delay, so it will actually leave you in the jam if that is quicker than...
