I loved HTC and had 5 or 6 before I went to Samsung S3 from the Sensation. LOVE the S3 though. I'd wait and get an S4 when it comes out in next couple of months.

Update - The lady's come back to me this morning to say that her husband and friend have fixed it to their satisfaction. Total amount including time, petrol and compensation for loss of value in decking will be £350. This is a massive relief !! Thanks again for all the input and advice !
