    The single pole sensor you found is the one your looking for, IIRC there is another port for a sensor further forward of that one which you can put the w123 sensor into.

    They all do. Some models have the vent directly off the modulator valve, others like this 220 have a short length of vacuum hose between them. The bulge at the end should have a fine mesh screen inside to stop dirt getting in, it links to the modulator valve that sits infront of the passenger...

    As your dogleg box came from a cosworth it should be the long input shaft version, so you need the older solid flywheel to match. I'm assuming your going to bin the EZL and dizzy and run 6x coils? If you are it wont matter if the flywheel is for a 4 or 6cyl engine, if your keeping the EZL setup...

    That's the front crank sensor, which is used for diagnostic purposes only. It plugs into the diagnostic port near the EZL module. The proper crank sensor is at the rear of the engine.

    You may possibly still have an air leak somewhere, could be a stuck egr or a leaking seal. If the van is in limp mode the autel should be able to tell you what it's unhappy about. The live data screen is your friend here.

    From what I remember the pipe diameter is slightly smaller on the diesel box, so you would need to modify it to join the rest of the system. But internally there is no difference.

    If you think you have valvetrain noise on a OM606 check the aux belt tensioner at the front of the engine, when the bushes are worn it makes a noise that's often mistaken for tappets.
