coupe , aircon no sunroof and just normal electric bits e.g windows seats standard stereo.

solved my starting problem nice and simple i need a new battery, now i say simple the one fitted is one of the long double size ones 100 ah jobs couldn't see the cca on there but looking on the net the ones for my car are 72 ah . what one is right for my car its a clk230 yr 2000 ?

i'd be intersted in doing this aswell

mainly short journeys ,thats why i think the battery as i've had the car 3 yrs and not changed it and the short journeys wont have charged it enough ,will dig my multimeter out. typical can't find my meter tried again 1st attemp the starter tries to go ,so i'm thinking battery

hi, for the last couple of weeks my clk230 hasn't always started 1st time but has always started on the 2nd attempt, until today the car clicks but won't do anything else.:wallbash: any ideas i'm thinking battery or starter anyone else got any ideas ?
