Hi Dereck, can't remember how to post but while I'm here I thought I'd ask if as anyone had their car leave a puddle of fuel in the garage only to be told by a dealer there was no fault to be found? Had my beloved r129 out again recently and noticed a puddle while it was ticking over...

doesn't sound too good? it's the last of the 4 gear engines I think. is it a fixable thing? Thanks for your help

With the recent blips of nice weather to enjoy I un-wrapped the old girl (98) R129 SL32O and took it out to clear her lungs but when it was time to give it the boot it didn't want to change smoothly at high revs. Tootling along.. just fine but at full throttle I got a back fire, bit of a delay...
