    The windscreen company have accepted liability. I've ordered cables to assist in reading the error codes but unfortunately one of them will not arrive until after the 7th July. I was looking for a recommendation for an independent Mercedes specialist who could read the codes and fix the issue...

    I had the windscreen replaced on my A124 by a windscreen replacement company who will remain nameless...……. However the fitter partially opened the roof to facilitate fitting the new screen and unfortunately trapped a screwdriver under the rear cover. This in turn resulted in the roof no longer...

    S212 rear suspension - does this look too low

    I have a Dec'10 S212. Mine started doing this about 6 months ago, then started coming up with the 'suspension rising' symbol in the dash, then failed completly. Problem-chaffed wire between ECU and compressor. fix took less than an hour.

    W212 rear seat removal

    Hi All, Could not believe it, you just grab hold of the seat base and pull it up vertically at the front, no nuts no bolts to undo, and there it is in your hand. The only thing I found was a screen pen for a Nintendo DSi, wait till I get hold of the little S*d. Will test it out on some twisties...

    B Service costs and parts

    Those must be 'London' prices, My local dealer only charges £209.00 including VAT for the service on my E250 Sport Estate (212), then again it was only 6 months old when it hit 16,000 miles. Still, based on those prices it isn't going to be that expensive to service over the next 3 years.

    W212 rear seat removal

    Sorry this is my first post and I am looking for some help! How the dickens do you remove the seat squab. something has rolled down underneath it from the boot area (It is an Estate) and it is driving me nuts. Help!
