I can’t believe it’s more than 12 years since I joined with my W126 560 SEC and my W126 420. Great days. A couple of days ago I got a W212 E350 AMG Sport Estate from 2013 with a full MB history. Nice performance from the V6. No major faults and a nice bluey silvery colour.

Looking for a genuinely very good example, preferably genuine AMG with lots of paperwork. Had the pleasure of owning a 560 SEC some years ago when I used this forum last. Usual rust areas must have been properly repaired. I’m not a trader, I want another to cherish.

I have a spare set of 215/65 VR15 Kumho KH17 tyres for sale. They are virtually brand new and have done less than 1000 miles. Cost £300 new, will accept £220. Only selling as I want some winter tyres. PM me if interested.

Does anyone know if there is a difference between SEC and SEL front wheel hubs. The previous owner of my SEC had the spigots machined to fit the modern after market wheels that were on it and now, even when using the wheel centring tool, I can't get them centred and have an imbalance at speed...

Very strange thing happened today ..... Moved off from stationary and the engine cut out, totally, but only for less than a second, and then carried on as normal in it's usual serene manner. It's the first time it has happened. Is this the start of the ignition problem these have ?

Look what I collected today :bannana: and at a good price. Next step - body coloured centres and polished rims. Still looking for genuine Gen 2 spoilers, skirts, dials and badges - if anyone knows of any that might be available.
