Battery malfunction reset on R230 SL

On Monday I had to charge the consumer battery on my R230 SL500 due to a consumers offline message. Once the battery completed charging I went for a drive and within seconds I had a red battery icon and a malfunction message. I checked the battery and it was reading 11.7v which I believe...

    Mercedes SL350 V6

SL’s are great cars and IME have a undeserved reputation. I have owned my SL500 for over 6 years and had very little issues for a 19 year old car, just a couple of batteries, an AC issue and an issue with the key.

How much do you spend on gas each day?

So far this month we have spent on average about £5 per day. This is in a 4 bed detached 2 storey house with 14 radiators. Heating is on 2 hours per day for HW and 6 hours per day for CH (temps set at 19-20c downstairs and 18c upstairs). We also have a gas hob.

Let’s just buy everything from other countries at huge cost, that way the UK will become carbon neutral whilst all the countries we buy from can continue to profit whilst increasing their carbon foot print. Won’t help the planet but we can all feel smug anyway.

My guess is that the majority of UK voters would not think the risk is unacceptable to simply turn the boats back. Eventually the stream of illegal migrants would stop or at least become a stream rather than a torrent. I dont understand why someone entering a country illegally isn't just a...

Not forgetting that Boris is still under investigation for allegedly deliberately misleading parliament over partygate. It found guilty he will get a minimum 10 day suspension from Parliament, he could even be forced to resign……..again! What a mess that would be for our newly re-elected PM.

If whoever gets the PM job isn't who the Conservative MP's want then this whole debacle will start all over again. The Cyprus government took 10% out of everyone's savings back in 2013 to prop up their finances. I heard from a resident that no Russian money was taken as the account owners had somehow managed to remove most of their money beforehand. A lucky guess I suppose.
