Indetical from MB.. They both the same design only one is bigger then the other Very cheap tho big one around £4 and the smaller one around £2 and new spring around £3.. Also after change i am finding accelerator pedal far more responsive

Same here.. But fortunately sorted this today.. What I did is changed the plastic pin in the midle of accelerator pedal but the only thing I have achieved by that was a less wobbly pedal but still notchy.. Then I have replaced another plastic pin on top of the pedal where it connect to cable...

The ones I got continental contact 4x4 M+S they are not availaible Black Circles and Lovetyres have Continental CrossContact UHP with is another model, summer tyre and no M+S...

I have continentals 4x4 contact m+s (seems that they don't do them no more!) and they very good. Done 5k miles and lost about 1mm of tread. Very good grip on dry and wet. But it anyone know if they still available, pls let us know! Thx

Thanks for all info guys. I have checked that pilot bush and decide to replace it myself. It looks like the problem is gone now;) That was a simple and cheap DIY. The old pilot bushing I presume was an original one with red O rings and new one came with updates black O rings. I have lifted...

Had W124 230TE with 258000 miles on the clock. Most of the life towing a horse trailer. Gave it away to a friend but he failed to pay insurance and the car was towed away and then scraped. Still was going strong tho but exterior not in the best condition and lots of bills from the past.
