    SLC replacement for my CLK

IMG_0105 by 4n0y-merc posted Apr 22, 2019 at 6:13 PM Thanks to Ted and SL500AMG, for the recent advice, old CLK now gone and I'm the proud owner of SLC250d. What’s the difference

That's a really interesting and relevant point, and my only reservation about buying the 250 diesel is their uncertain future.

    What’s the difference

Hi Ted thanks for reply, I have seen SLK with stubby gear shift - there are a couple on Auto trader now - but only (65 plate SLKs) I asked my MB dealer and the young salesperson said it’s basically just a different stick - gearbox in SLK and SLC are the same. Nice to hear you love it - I tend...

    What’s the difference

hi All I’m looking to change my old CLK 2004 with 165,000 on the clock (owned since new) for a late model SLK 2015/16 Can anyone tell me what’s the difference between the models badged as 250d and 250CDI? Also I believe some of the very latest 2015 (65 plate) SLK’s have the small gear knob as...

Best dealer service - Northampton, MK or Watford?

Northampton and very consistent, unfortunately they are consistently bad. Unhelpful and over charged, and I don't mean expensive ( I expected that) I mean replaced parts that didn't need it - twice, hence I don't go there any more worth the trip to MK

Should I change shocks on a 10 year old CLK because the coil spring is broken

Hi Guys I wonder if anyone can give me advice on replacing my CLK 2004 front shocks (gas type) I heard a bang whilst going over a dreaded speed bump and on closer examination I notice a broken front coil. Replacing it seems quit easy, however I'm thinking, its an 11 year old car, i had it...

Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

Wow - not sure I would pay that much for the plate, but that's because 14k is exactly what I paid for my car.

Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

Yesterday I saw a Bentley - not sure what model (a big one) with the plate PAUL B must of been PAU 1B Even with a Bentley the luck owner still had to move the letters about, made me feel better about my own plate
