I managed to damage the n/s rear door of my cls last week. Can anyone confirm that pre and post facelift doors are identical. Mine is a 2009 model and I've found a 2007 door in the same colour. I don't want to order it if there is a subtle difference between the two. Thanks for any help...

As per title, need to replace my door following a minor accident - trying to keep costs down since recent redundancy :(
