hello, tried this on idle, pin5 reading 1.1-1.2v earth'd the green wire and the voltage dropped a little but not alot down to 1v.

another update, justr checked and the restistor (470) reads 466 been told thats aboput right. So proper confused now

just look the unit off the yellow/white wire and gave it a 12v feed so see if that would work and nothing still the same. With it all off it is just in limp mode all the time. Unless maplins have given me the wrong parts??????

hello, car keeps going into limp mode and gettin on my **** now, read the codes and the EGR keeps coming up, any know the way to blank it off? thought i done i when i mapped the chips but i must have not.

Is it a loud tap like a tappet rattle??? I had the same and tried everything people came up with and it ended being the chain timing had jumped a tooth on the cam pulley, so the crank and pump timing was right. changed it and rattle gone.
