I never saw this option :( is there anyway I can get hold of the bits and fit them myself? surly the interior handles etc are basically just a straight swap within reason?

Hi all, I have noticed on my mates C250 his har has footwell and door handle lights but my C63 Coupe doesnt come with these, they look factory fitted with a orange glow are these a standard fitment?
