It's at the top of the door pillar, facing me. I've seen one attached to the top of the steering column, so it faces through the steering wheel, but not sure about that.

Thanks npuk. I've got an iphone 4S, and before that a 3GS, and neither work well. Someone told me today that the JVC unit uses the phone antennae, not the car one, which is why the reception is so bad. Does the Viseeo unit use the car's antennae? Would it work with the JVC? Cheers.
